Ukrainian Post - Government-run postal service network. 100,000 employees, 16,000 post offices. Over 5,000 vehicles.
Bulgaria - 3,008 post offices and a total of 80,060 km of postal routes. Founded after the Liberation of Bulgaria from Ottoman rule.
An Post - employing over 9,500 people in Ireland through its national network of retail, processing and delivery points.
Latvia - Latvian Postal service works closely with Estonia within the Baltic Postal Union and the Nordic Postal Union
Czech Republic - Employs 37,200, 3,387 post offices
