Latvia Cuts Cost Of Baltic Express Service

From April 1st 2009, the Latvian postal service is to lower tariffs on its 'Baltic Express' service. In some cases, the reduction in consignment fees is being reduced by as much as 44%.
As well as price cuts, there will be changes to delivery times with parcel delivery in Tallinn and Vilnius receiving a next working day service, but the rest of the Estonian territory, deliveries made within two working days.
