CFH Total Document Management has completed Connecting for Health’s Information Governance Toolkit and achieved a 100% rating for its hybrid mail service, Docmail, enabling NHS customers throughout the UK to use this cost efficient mail service in total confidence.
Achieving a rating of 100%, CFH Docmail has met the terms and conditions of the Department of Health Information Governance Assurance Statement and provides NHS customers with a clear and structured basis for auditing. It means that customers have complete assurance that the Department of Health’s Information Governance standards are being met.
The assessment is mandatory for all organisations that have access to NHS Connecting for Health services.
The CFH Docmail hybrid mail is a new generation of postal service, which combines on-line technology, with Royal Mail delivery. Mailings – whether a single letter or a personalised mailing to hundreds – are written and created on-line by the originator, sent electronically to the hybrid mail operator who then prints and delivers the mail. For organisations such as medical practices, the service can not only save on valuable administrative time, it can save thousands of pounds on already stretched budgets. Docmail’s prices start at just 25pence for a single sided letter printed in black and white and inclusive of all stationery and postage.
